By signing the contract our customers are obligated to below terms and conditions: ​

We are committed to paying each invoice that will be submitted with every case by Future Smile Medical Services “DOXEL Laboratory”. We are obligated to inform you about any changes on the submitted legal documents with this contract.

We are obligated to inform you by a written letter if we changed the written address in this contract for our business location. We are obligated to inform you if we have changed the authorized doctors in our clinic to send cases to your laboratory or the authorized signatory person.

 

Shipping: A SR35 will be charged per box each way (within Saudi Arabia except for Jeddah). Shipping charge varies for international orders. Confirmed orders can't be returned or refunded or exchanged.

 

Terms: All accounts are payable within 7 days of statement date. Accounts not paid within the stated terms will be suspended. 

 

NO-FAULT-REMAKE POLICY: DOXEL Laboratories is pleased to process all remake or adjustments at no additional charge up to 30 days after delivery if the failure is due to defects in materials or workmanship.
